Dear Parents,
The Private School Application Form that we require from all families before preparing transcripts and counselor/administrator recommendations is now available.
This form, along with transcript release and confidentiality forms from private schools, needs to be turned in to Sandy Walsh in the school office by Monday, December 3, 2007. You will notice that the application form asks for some information about students that will help us to write appropriate recommendations.
Requests for teacher recommendations should also be given to Ms. Walsh, along with stamped envelopes. Ms. Walsh will forward these materials to the appropriate teachers.
Once again, it is critical that application materials be received here by December 3, 2007. This year, many local private schools require that application materials, including information from current schools, be turned in by January 7, 2008. This is the day that classes resume in Menlo Park following the winter vacation. Therefore we can only guarantee that applications given to Ms. Walsh by December 3 will be ready for submission to private schools by January 7.
